Do I need the QVC app to watch Garden content?
No. You can enjoy our Garden & Leisure content across all our platforms, live on the QVC Style channel, on the website and on QVC+ (our Video On Demand service).
To interact with our Gardening experts, you will need to download the QVC app, and to create an account. This is currently available on our iPhone and Android apps.

Can I comment on and like posts within the QVC app?
Yes, and it’s easy to do. Simply set up a nickname within My Garden Escape and you will be able to write a message on existing posts from our experts, or like posts from other customers and experts alike.
Do I need to be logged in to my QVC account to comment/like within the app?
Yes. Simply log in as you would normally and after choosing a nickname, you’ll be able to comment on and like any post within My Garden Escape on the QVC app.
Your nickname cannot be changed once it has been chosen for the first time.
How do I choose my nickname?
You will need to be logged in to your QVC account and provide a nickname to be able to like or comment on something in the app. The first time you try to like or comment on something, a pop-up box will appear asking you to create a nickname.
What kind of content will be shared in My Garden Escape?
Our gardening experts will be sharing hints and tips on products we’ve featured on-air, as well as interactive live streams in which you’ll be able to ask questions or seek advice from our experts in real-time.
You can watch anything shared in My Garden Escape on both our website and QVC+ (our Video On Demand service). However, to ask any questions you will need to use the QVC app.
Can I rewatch a live stream if I’ve missed it?
Yes, don’t worry as all content shared within My Garden Escape will be viewable after it has been aired.
