How do I return an item?
Use our Customer Returns Portal to start your return.
Once you enter your order details, you’ll be shown which couriers and services are available for your item, along with pricing.
You’ll need your email address to be on your QVC account prior to making any returns via the portal – Contact Customer Care on 0800 51 41 31 if you do not have your email registered.

What if I’ve misplaced my invoice?
Don’t worry if you no longer have your invoice. You can include a note with the product you want to return or exchange, detailing your full name, address, membership details, phone number and cost of purchase. If you have the order number and item number please include these, as well as the reason for return and the exchange or refund action you would like us to take.
