  • Sealy & The Delivery Team will contact you via telephone directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.
  • On the working day prior to the agreed delivery date, you will be contacted with a three-hour delivery window and a tracking reference. This is usually done via text message.
  • On the day of delivery itself, you will receive a one hour pre-call prior to delivery.
  • On arrival, the delivery crew will establish that they are at the right address and will inspect access to the property and the room of your choice to ensure that the product can be delivered safely without the risk of property damage.
  • If ‘Take Back’ is required, the crew will remove the old product from your bedroom and take it away from the property, where it will be recycled as far as possible. You can notify Sealy that a ‘Take Back’ service is required right up to the point of delivery and the required collection.
  • The Sealy bed will be taken to the room of your choice where it will be fully assembled.
  • All product packaging will be removed and disposed of or recycled responsibly.
  • You will be asked to sign for your delivery, usually on a hand-held device and the delivery team will also take a photo of your Sealy bed in situ.
  • The ‘Take Back’ service is a “like for like” operation. If you order a mattress only, the crew will only take away an old mattress. If you order a divan set, the crew will take away the divan bed base and mattress.
  • Once the old product has been removed, it cannot be returned if you choose to use QVC’s 60 day money back guarantee.
  • If you have a wooden bedframe, this will need to be dismantled ready for collection and removal.
  • The crew cannot dismantle wooden or metal bedframes themselves whilst on your property.  Any bedframe of this type must be dismantled ready for collection

Some settlement is considered “Normal” but this mattress won’t (shouldn’t) dip excessively in the way some mattresses from other brands do

This mattress will help in many ways.  First it will provide Orthopaedically correct support ensuring that pressure points do not build in the body.  It is these that cause people to toss and turn in the night.  The springs then sense and respond to the individuals body weight, ensuring that when your partner moves, you don’t.

It won’t on this mattress.  Edge Guard, a patented Sealy technology, ensures a firm seating edge, prevents roll out and enables the sleeper to sleep right to the edge of the mattress without the sensation that you’ll “fall out of bed”.  It is something Sealy have long been renowned for and is something that QVC customers have loved for years

The mattress is 28cm deep, so the Standard fitted sheet from many QVC brands will fit the mattress comfortably

38cm (when fully assembled with the glides)

38cm (when fully assembled with the glides)

If you like but a topper shouldn’t be required to improve the comfort or feel of the mattress

YES but it needs to be used in accordance with conditions of guarantee….namely if a slatted base the gap between the slats should be no more than 7.5cm and they should be wooden rather than tubular

No. Sealy use…

  • A unique memory foam construction that is more responsive than normal memory foam
  • We believe our memory foam is the optimum depth to provide all the benefits of pressure relief and none of the drawbacks of overheating
  • We keep the memory foam layer away from the body, positioned below the Geltex, so that air permeates through the mattress, helping to regulate the sleepers body temperature in the process
  • Smartex fabric technology ensures moisture is wicked away from the sleeping surface, further helping to regulate body temperature whilst you sleep

So as to give the best benefits of pressure relief combined with outstanding breathability to help regulate the sleepers temperature, thereby eliminating the threat of overheating in the night.  Sealy have designed this unique filling layer combination to offer QVC customers the very best of pressure relief, breathability and support.  Working in conjunction with the springs the Gel/Memory combination eliminates problems associated with overheating yet offers all the benefits of pressure relief and breathability without that “sinking” or “cocooning” feeling.

This is unique Sealy spring technology, designed in conjunction with the Orthopaedic Advisory Board, to provide orthopaedically correct spinal alignment whilst you sleep.  The more weight that goes through the spring, the harder it works, and the firmer it gets, sensing and responding to where the body needs the most support

It is coiled Spring that is housed in it’s own fabric sleeve (pocket), helping it work independently of the other springs in the mattress.
