Why am I not receiving confirmation emails from QVC?

If you have an email address on your account and have not received an order confirmation, please be sure to check your junk or spam folders in case the email has been placed there automatically by your provider.

You can also add ‘no_reply@qvc.com’ to your email address book to stop any emails from being sent to junk or blocked by your provider.

If you do not have an email address on your account and would like to add one so that you can receive confirmation emails, please contact us.
