Why am I not receiving marketing emails from QVC?

Due to GDPR regulations (please click here) customers are required to opt in or out of marketing emails. You can change your preferences online by logging into ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘Marketing Preference Centre’. Here, you’ll have the ability to select specific categories to opt in/out from such as promotional emails, TSV alerts, customer surveys and more.​

To select your preferences, simply tick the boxes you would like to be contacted about or you can choose to opt out of all promotional updates in this section, should you wish to.​

Don’t worry as you’ll still continue to receive account, order and delivery updates.​
