How can I redeem my promotional code?

You can redeem your promotional code by entering the code online at checkout (FAQ – ‘How do I redeem my promotional code online). Unfortunately, the promotional codes cannot be redeemed on our app or Q-cut line.

Note when shopping online: If you select ‘Speed buy’ or tick the box under your password to default your delivery address and payment details, this takes you straight to the order summary page. You can still add your code before selecting submit, just click ‘edit’ next to ‘Payment Method’ and tick ‘Apply a promotional code’. Voucher codes cannot be redeemed on the QVC UK mobile app, and on orders containing Waitlist, Advanced Order, Buy More Save More or Auto Delivery items. If a product has Easy Pay applied to it, you will also not be able to redeem a voucher code.
