I wanted my order on Easy Pay but I’ve been charged in full, can this be changed?

Once your order has been placed, it’s not possible to select Easy Pay.

If your order has not yet been processed, it  can be cancelled in My Account by following the guide here. You will then be able to place the order again and select your preferred payment option, including Easy Pay.

Please be aware that when your order is cancelled, the original payment amount may still show as a ‘pending transaction’ on your credit/debit card account summary for a few days before this amount appears back in your account.
