You may be able to cancel your order online if the items have not yet been despatched from our warehouse.
To find out if you’re able to cancel an order before despatch, select ‘Order status’ under My Orders in My account. Search by item number or order number and if you’re able to cancel a specific order, the message ‘Cancel order’ will appear on the bottom left of the screen.
