How do I return my Direct Dispatch product?
As with all QVC products you have a 60-day money back guarantee, this is in addition to your statutory rights. For more information on our returns policy please see ‘What is QVC’s returns policy?‘.
However, Direct Dispatch products will have a slightly different returns process, depending on the supplier the item was sent from.
Please note: when you receive your item keep hold of any packaging in the event you need to return the item back to QVC or the supplier.
You can view more details on each suppliers returns process right here in our Direct Dispatch section. Just click the relevant category from ‘Home’, ‘Electronics’, ‘Garden’ and ‘Food’ and you’ll be able to find a list of our current suppliers and their delivery and returns information.
If, for whatever reason you wish to return your item and are unable to locate specific details, please Contact Us who will discuss the relevant return process with you.
Where required, we will pass the details of your return to the supplier who will then be in touch to arrange the return, either to arrange a collection or to confirm the correct return address details.
In some instances, we will not ask you to return the item and will look to action your return and any refund when you call. For example with some plant and food items we may not require these to be returned.
Once we have your details, returns can take up to 14 days to process. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order and will show on your next bank statement.
