What do I do if my item has been despatched but I haven’t received it yet?

Don’t worry as this usually just means the item is on its way and will be with you soon. If your confirmation email included a tracking reference, you can click on the link to check the progress of your delivery.

If the last date for your expected delivery period has passed, please contact us and we will investigate further for you.
