How will I know when my order has been shipped?
If we have your email address we will send you an email confirmation. You can also check whether your order has been despatched by signing into My Account online and clicking ‘Order Status’.
If your order is being prepared for despatch this will show as ‘In Process’. Once your item is on its way to you, your order order status will change to ‘Shipped’.
