Can I track my delivery?
If your order is being sent by our Evri courier, you will receive an email confirmation when the item is despatched. This email will contain your tracking details so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
For large items being delivered with ArrowXL, this will be delivered by a 2-person team.
Here’s what will happen:
- ArrowXL will contact you within 48 hours to arrange delivery (Please ensure your QVC account has a current mobile number and/or email address).
- Choose your preferred delivery date
- Receive delivery date confirmation and a 2-hour time slot by text the day before
- Track your delivery from 7:00am on the day of delivery
- Receive a call from the delivery crew before arrival
If your order is being sent by Royal Mail, unfortunately there is currently no tracking available, however, we aim to deliver all items being sent in the UK within 3-5 working days.
We are not currently able to track parcels being sent internationally.
