As a customer from the Republic of Ireland, you can now purchase items up to a value of €150.00 and not exceeding 30kg in weight.
VAT will now be charged when making your purchase and not collected at delivery.
Yes, we can still despatch items to our customers outside of the UK, however, there are restrictions in place on the products that can be sent internationally, including to the Republic of Ireland.
We can only ship products to the Republic of Ireland that are under the value of €150.00 (including p&p) and this cannot be above the maximum weight of 30kg. Items being sent to Republic of Ireland will now be delivered with Evri International.
Items being delivered internationally (excluding Republic of Ireland) cannot be above the maximum weight of 2kg.
If an item cannot be shipped internationally you will see a ‘pop up’ message online advising that we are unable to ship this product to you. You will be able to select an alternative address within the UK or the item will need to be removed from your shopping basket.
Items being sent internationally (excluding the Republic of Ireland) are delivered with the courier Whistl.
Will I be charged VAT upon delivery when purchasing an item from QVC to be delivered internationally?
Items being delivered to the Republic of Ireland will pay VAT at the Irish rate during the checkout process, as normal. VAT will not be required to be paid directly to the courier company on delivery.
Items being delivered internationally (excluding Republic of Ireland) will still carry a VAT and administration charge on delivery. This amount is paid directly to the courier company.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you will be regarded as the importer and it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are to be delivered.
In these cases service providers appointed by QVC UK will declare imports in your name and you authorize QVC UK or its service provider to act on your behalf explicitly.

Returns can take up to 14 days to process. If we have your email address we will email you to confirm receipt of your return within 30 days. You can also check the status of your return by signing into My account online. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order and will show on your next bank statement.
If you are ordering an item to be sent internationally (including Republic of Ireland) this is charged at a different rate of VAT.
