I’ve lost my customer number what do I do?
You can view your customer number online by signing into My Account. Simply sign in with your email address and password and click ‘Account Settings’.
Your number will then be displayed in the ‘Member Number’ box at the top of the screen.
You can also find your customer number on your membership card/letter (this would have been sent to you when you first joined QVC), or this can always be found on a previous invoice.
