Why is an item I’ve ordered being returned to QVC as undeliverable?

If you’ve received a notification that an item you’ve ordered is being returned to QVC as ‘undeliverable’, this will likely be due to one of the below reasons:

  • The item has been damaged in transit.
  • The courier has attempted the delivery 3 times or more.
  • The courier is unable to deliver to the specified address.

The item will be returned to QVC directly and a refund/replacement (depending on stock availability) will be issued within 14 days.
