Can I request a proof of purchase?

If your order was placed in the last 12 months, you can find your order details online by signing into My Account. Simply sign in with your email address and password, click ‘Order Status’ and you can view all your orders here.

If you require a proof of purchase for an order placed over 12 months ago you can request this via our contact page or our Customer Care Team on 0800 51 41 31.
