Royal Mail Industrial Action

Due to the expected delays within the Royal Mail delivery network, please use the Evri online returns service to return your parcel. You do not need a printer as many Parcelshops allow you to print in-store and you can find your nearest available here. You can also arrange a courier collection at your convenience.

Returning via this service will ensure your parcel reaches us in the quickest way possible and prevents any delays from this being in the Royal Mail network.

Please be aware that Royal Mail are expecting significant delays during this time and any parcels returned via the Post Office will take longer than usual to reach us.

Many of our Direct Despatch suppliers have arranged for an alternative delivery service during this time to ensure your product reaches you within our delivery promise.

We’re not expecting any delays to our Direct Despatch deliveries during this time.

We would recommend using Evri to return your parcel as we are expecting significant delays within the Royal Mail network between 1st November - 5th December.
