You have my return but I have not yet been refunded?

Typically, on receipt of your returned parcel, all items will be processed and refunded within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We will automatically issue any refund to the card you used to place the original order and then your bank/card issuer will process our payment back to you. This should typically take up to 5 working days in the UK, depending on your bank/card issuer.  

Please note: Our Customer Care team are unable to confirm the receipt of a return until it is fully processed within our warehouse. If your return tracking states this has been received, this may still be being processed by our returns team.
