How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed from the date you sent the products back to us.

Please note: Our Customer Care team are unable to confirm the receipt of a return until it is fully processed within our warehouse. If your return tracking states this has been received, this may still be being processed by our returns team.
