QVC+
Who can receive QVC+?
Most newer TVs and Freeview Set-top-boxes (2017 models onward) should be able to receive QVC+ through our Freeview channels. Your TV must be connected via an arial and to the Internet.
Older model TVs connected to the internet will continue to receive QVCs legacy red button service where less functionality and features are available.
How do I access QVC+?
For Freeview channel 16 and press the red button on your remote.
For Amazon Fire, Samsung, LG, Virgin and Android TV devices – please go to the app store and search ‘QVC’, you will then be prompted to download, and the service will be added to ‘your apps’.
Where is QVC+ available?
QVC+ is now available on Amazon Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG WebOS, Android TV devices (including Chromecast), Netgem TV, Virgin Media (Tivo App) and on Freeview channels 16 & 37

On Freeview channels, go to the channel and press the red button to access. Some older TVs will not support QVC+ and you might still see the old service.

Why do I not see everything that is on your QVCUK.com?
QVC+ focuses on video and currently uses videos and products that have previously aired on QVCs main broadcast channel. Not all videos are available and videos chosen are carefully selected by internal programming teams.
Why do I see notices on privacy and cookie consents?
QVC+ will use analytics to track usage via Cookies to allow us to improve and optimise the service
How do I purchase products?
You can purchase products using the on-air direction – typically this will be by calling our Contact Centre team on 0800 50 40 30, Using Q-Cut (QVCs automated purchasing phone line) Scanning the QR code, or going to qvcuk.com. Currently there is no in app purchase or shop by remote functionality.
The live channels aren't working. What do I do?
Not all TVs and devices currently support the live stream functionality. You should still be able to watch all the catch up and Video on Demand (VOD) servicewith no issues.
Will the on screen price on QVC+ always be the price I pay?
Not always. As this is a Catch-up service, some videos may contain items where pricing has changed, offers may have expired, and some products may no longer be available. This is all information made clear before you make any purchase.
As an example, some of our dedicated show hours will contain our daily special offer, these prices are only honoured for the day of airing on the live broadcast channel
How do I exit the service?
By simply pressing the back button on your remote
Is QVC+ available elsewhere except behind the red button on Freeview channel 16?
Currently this is the only destination to view, but we are quickly evolving the service including its distribution touchpoints. As new devices to watch go live, we will update these FAQs
