I have given this watch to another person. What should I do?
Please contact them and tell them to stop wearing the watch. Ask them to place it aside. Please pass your letter to them, and ask them to Contact Us.
We will then help them to return the watch safely.
I no longer have the watch. What should I do?
Please complete the return slip included with your letter, even though you are not returning the watch. This will help us to know that you have safely received this letter and read it. It will also mean that we can provide you with a refund.
Will I receive a refund?
Yes, when you send back the return slip and we have processed it. We will refund you what you paid, including postage and packaging, within 14 days of us receiving your properly completed return slip.
