My friend says they’ve not received the email from me. How do they receive their reward?

Please don’t worry, if you’ve clicked the offer your friend just needs to enter your name in the ‘Been referred by a friend?’ box on our website when placing their order. If there’s already a few people with the same name, they may just be required to enter your email address also. They will then be given the voucher code to use for their purchase.

Once they have completed their purchase, we will email you with your reward as soon as this is available.
