Has the Gatineau Beauty Passport scheme ended?

Unfortunately, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, companies big and small are having to adapt the services they are able to offer. Gatineau Paris have therefore informed us that due to COVID-19 they have had to withdraw the Beauty Passport Scheme globally – with the scheme ending on 31st December 2020.

Loyalty tokens will be removed from products over the course of 2021 as the labelling artwork for each product is updated. However, as we still currently have some Gatineau products available that launched in 2020 or earlier, some products may still show a loyalty token until their packaging has been updated. These Passport Tokens will no longer have any value.

All new products launching in 2021 will no longer have tokens.
