Please allow 21 – 28 working days for delivery to UK mainland only (excluding UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland).

Mattresses/bed bases/other products are delivered by a selected courier (TRAMO). The courier will contact you via phone call to arrange the delivery of your items. You will be advised of the next available delivery date so you can then confirm if this is suitable or if you need to review alternative dates. The specific delivery time slot will be confirmed the day before delivery.

TRAMO will deliver the mattress/item(s) to a room of your choice. If you have purchased a bed base they will deliver and set this up.

If you have purchased a small product i.e. pillows or duvets, these will be sent via Parcel Force within the specified time frame.

Two delivery drivers will be sent out to deliver your new mattress and this can be delivered to the room of your choice.

If you wish to return your Tempur item please, contact us and a member of the team will be happy to request a collection from the vendor.

As with the delivery, once a collection has been requested with QVC, you will be contacted to arrange a collection date suitable for yourself. For small products – after QVC contact, Tempur Customer Services team will email you with the details of how to return the item.

Note for all returns: Returns can take up to 14 days to process. If we have your email address we will email you to confirm receipt of your return if within 30 days. You can also check the status of your return by signing into My account online. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order and will show on your next bank statement.
