When will my LG item be delivered?
If you’ve ordered an LG product, it will be dispatched directly from the brand and have a slightly longer delivery time frame.
You can view the specific time frame for your item on the product page. This will most often be 7-10 working days for delivery to UK.
LG items are available for delivery to UK Mainland Only (excluding: Northern Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey).
Please note: when you receive your item, please keep hold of any packaging in the event you need to return the item back to QVC or the supplier. This will ensure you’re able to return the item safely and with ease.
Will LG take my old television when they deliver?
LG does not currently offer a takeback service for old televisions
How do I return my LG Television?
As with all QVC products, you have a 60-day money back guarantee. Should you wish to return your item within this time, please contact us and we will be able to arrange for it to be collected.
When returning your item, please ensure it is packaged securely. We recommend keeping the original box that the product arrives in.
Please allow up to 14 days from your item being collected for a refund/replacement to be issued.
