How do I arrange a return for my Hisense Television?

As with all QVC products you have a 60-day money back guarantee. Should you wish to return your item within this time, please contact us and we will be able to arrange for this to be collected.

Just let us know your preferred collection date, allowing at least 5 working days’ notice for this to be arranged.

If you are returning your item due to a fault or technical issue, Hisense have a dedicated technical support line available to support you.

This service is called Talk Me Through It (TMTI) and they will be able to support in resolving any issues where possible. The helpline number to call for TMTI is 0333 800 2200.

If TMTI are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us and we will be able to arrange for your item to be collected and returned.

When returning your item, please ensure it is packaged securely. We would recommend keeping the original box that the product arrives in.
