How do I return my Culinary Concepts item?

For all items under 2kg (the weight of your parcel can be found on your pack slip), please ensure that your item is securely packed with details of the order inside and return to the below address:,

For larger items over 2kg, please contact us and a member of the team will discuss the relevant return process with you.

Once we have your details, returns can take up to 14 days to process. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order and will show on your next bank statement.
