Do I have to sign for my parcel when it’s delivered?
Most items don’t need a signature upon receipt and will come with your regular post or be delivered by a courier. If you’re out and an item does require a signature, the courier may use their discretion and obtain a signature from a neighbour or leave a calling card for you to arrange a more suitable delivery time.
However, some items such as high cost items will require a signature in which case the order will not be delivered until the courier can obtain one from the delivery address.
