As a general rule we aim to deliver your order within 10-14 working days. However, you will be able to view the specific delivery information for your order on the product page on the website or app.

If, for whatever reason you wish to return your item, please contact us and a member of the team will discuss the relevant return process with you.

In some instances, we will not ask you to return the item and will look to action your return and any refund when you call.

Once we have your details, returns can take up to 14 days to process. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order and will show on your next bank statement.
