When will my Altham’s item be delivered?
If you’ve placed an order for an Altham’s product, this will be dispatched directly from Altham’s and could have a slightly longer delivery time frame.
You can view the specific time frame for your item on the product page, however, this will most often be 10 – 14 working days for delivery to UK Mainland (These items cannot be delivered to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands).
Prior to delivery, you will be sent a text/email to confirm the delivery window, we are unfortunately unable to change this timeslot.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery of my Altham’s item?
If delivery cannot be made the driver will look to leave it in a safe place or with neighbour and leave a card with this information.
If the driver is unable to do either of the above the product will be taken to your local sorting office and a card will be left. The item will be stored in dry ice so we can ensure they are received frozen.
How will my Altham’s item arrive?
The products are sent out frozen and stored in dry ice to keep them frozen.
Can I return my Altham’s product if I am dissatisfied?
If you wish to return your Altham’s product, please, contact us and a member of the team will be happy to discuss the relevant return process with you.
In some instances, we will not ask you to return the item and will look to action your return and any refund when you call.
What do I do if I am missing a part of my Altham’s order?
In the unlikely event any contents are missing or damaged please, contact us and a member of the team will be happy to resolve this.
