Bladed Products – Age Verification on Delivery
Does the person on the address label need to be present for delivery, or can this be another member of the household?
Any one in the household over the age of 18 can accept delivery of the product. However, the item must be delivered to the address used at the time of order.
The item cannot be re-directed to another address or ParcelShop/Lockerbox.
What happens if I do not have a valid form of ID?
If the recipient of the delivery does not appear over the age of 18, and does not have a valid form of identification, you can re-arrange with DPD for this to be re-delivered at a day/time convenient for you. Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times by the courier.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the item will be returned to QVC.
If an item requires age verification on delivery, can I have this delivered to an alternative address or left with a neighbour?
Upon placing your order you can select any address for delivery. However, the recipient will need to be over the age of 18 and may be asked to provide ID on delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be unable to update the delivery address and the item must be delivered to a person at the household specified.
This cannot be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Where can products that require age verification be delivered?
Bladed products which require age verification on delivery can only be delivered to England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) and the Isle of Man.
