What if I don’t have an email address on file with QVC?
If you are an existing customer, simply ‘contact us‘ and a representative will be happy to help you add an email address to your QVC account. Once an email address is added to your account you will be able to log in to use our online services.
If you are new to QVC, please create a new account using ‘My account’, here you will be prompted to add your email address when completing the ‘sign up’ form.
