How will I know if my order has gone through?
We have gone live with Real Time Authorisation on our website. This is a system that will let you know immediately if your card has authorised or declined (similar to shopping in any supermarket or high street store). If your credit/debit card should decline your order will not be successfully placed.
If the credit/debit card you are using is authorised, your order will be placed as normal and you will receive your order confirmation via email, if you have one on your account.
If you do not have an email address on file or have not received an email confirmation you can check your order online by logging into My Account and selecting ‘Order Status’.
You can also call our Quick Check line on Freephone 0800 53 43 33 to hear the status of your order. You can select to hear your most recent order or enter a specific item or order number to hear more details.
