How do I create a strong password?

Your password should be at least eight characters in length with a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters and numbers. 

Our system will automatically block commonly used, insecure passwords, for example Password1.

It’s also worth noting that if you enter your password incorrectly five times in a row, your account will be locked and you’ll have to contact Customer Care for help.
