Do I need both a password and a 4-digit pin to shop with QVC?

A password is required to shop or manage your account on QVCUK.com and QVC mobile apps.

You’ll need a 4-digit PIN when calling our Customer Care team or when using our QCut and Quick Check services. This is a number you choose when creating your account via our Customer Care team.

You can also set up a QVC PIN after creating your account online by clicking ‘Account Settings’ in ‘My Account’.
