Can I check my order using my Android or iPhone app?
You’re not currently able to check your order status via the app, however you can use the internet browser on your phone to access the ‘My Account’ section of our website.
You just need to sign in using your email address and password and click ‘Order Status’ to view your order history.
We also have our handy automated Quick Check line Freephone 0800 53 43 33, where you can hear a list of your recent orders. Both of these platforms will provide you with details of purchases made in the last 12 months.
