What is VAT relief for disability goods?

VAT relief allows eligible disabled customers to avoid paying VAT on certain qualifying products. This is only available on a limited range of goods for people with a disability. If the item qualifies, the form may be available on the item page.

How do I apply for VAT relief?

f your item is eligible for VAT relief, you can check the product page on our website to see if a VAT relief form is available to download and complete part 2 of the form.

Once completed, you can return the form to our Finance team by email or post.

Can I get VAT relief after I’ve placed my order?

Yes. If you’ve already placed your order and believe your item is eligible for VAT relief, please check the product description page on our website to download the form.

If the item is no longer available online, please Contact Us as we will be able to send this to you.

Where do I send my completed VAT relief form?

Once you’ve completed your VAT relief form, you can return it to our Finance team by email or post.
