You can call Quick Check on Freephone 0800 53 43 33 to hear the status of your return. You can select to hear your most recent return or enter a specific item or order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While most items being returned to QVC are still being processed within 14 days, we do have some slight delays at the moment with Royal Mail returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve returned an item via Royal Mail, please can we kindly ask you to allow a few extra days for your returned parcel to be received and actioned by our Returns team. We are processing all returns as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we have your email address on file, we will email you to confirm receipt of any returned item that’s within our 30-day money back guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also check the status of your return by signing into My Account<\/a> and selecting  ‘Order Status’. From here you can see a list of your most recent orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your item has been received at QVC and refunded this will show as ‘Returned’ in your order status. If the item has been replaced, this will state ‘Replacement’ and a new order will also be showing in your order history.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
