Please follow the simple steps below for easy returns. (If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, please return this via the Post Office using the steps below.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0If your item came directly from QVC,\u00a0<\/strong>complete the returns slip received with your order and tick the box that best sums up why you\u2019re returning the item. Please make sure you include your QVC membership details and order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Choose how you want to return your item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For all items under 15kg (the weight of your parcel can be found on your packslip), we recommend you use Evri or the Post Office to return your goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your item is over 15kg please contact Customer Care on 0800 51 41 31. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you return items on which you have saved personal information (e.g. photos, emails etc. on laptops, cameras or other electrical devices), you must erase this information completely before sending the item back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note for all returns:<\/strong> Ensure you get proof of posting, which is available free of charge. If your item has a value of \u00a3200 or more, please request a \u2018signed for\u2019 service and ensure your item is covered by insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns can take up to 14 days to process. If we have your email address we will email you to confirm receipt of your return if within 30 days. You can also check the status of your return by signing into My account<\/a> online. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order and will show on your next bank statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
