If your order is showing as ‘In Process’ this means that your payment has been authorised and your item is waiting to be shipped to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your item is being sent from our warehouse at QVC, the order status will generally only show as ‘In Process’ for a short time before this is changed to ‘Shipped’ when the item is despatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Items being sent directly from the supplier, such as Gardening and Food items, will have a slightly longer delivery timeframe and will therefore show as ‘In Process’ on your order status for a longer time. This may even show as ‘In Process’ right up until you receive your item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just to confirm, orders that are showing as ‘In Process’ on your order status cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
