If your order is showing as ‘In Process’ this means that your payment has been authorised and your item is waiting to be shipped to you.
If your item is being sent from our warehouse at QVC, the order status will generally only show as ‘In Process’ for a short time before this is changed to ‘Shipped’ when the item is despatched.
Items being sent directly from the supplier, such as Gardening and Food items, will have a slightly longer delivery timeframe and will therefore show as ‘In Process’ on your order status for a longer time. This may even show as ‘In Process’ right up until you receive your item.

Just to confirm, orders that are showing as ‘In Process’ on your order status cannot be cancelled.
