I returned my item over 14 days ago and you haven’t received it yet. What do I do?

Postal Service Industrial Action

Due to recent industrial action we are aware of a slight delay in products reaching our warehouse when returned via the postal service.

Please allow a few extra days for your product to be returned and processed by our teams.

For all returns within 30 days, once your refund or replacement has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation to the address listed on your account.

Your order status will also show as ‘Returned/Replaced’ once this has reached QVC. You can check the status of your returned order online by using our My Account section and following the below steps.

If you have returned an item to QVC with Evri over 14 days ago and this has not been refunded/replaced, please contact us.
