I no longer have an invoice to return my order, what should I do?

If you no longer have an invoice to return an order, please include your name, address, membership number, order number, and item number, with details of why you’re returning the item, on a note inside your parcel. You can find these details by logging into My Account and viewing your ‘Order History’. Alternatively, please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to provide you with the relevant information.

If your item came directly from the vendor please contact us for returns instructions.

On the outside of your parcel you will be required to include one of our returns addresses:

For any Jewellery items:
Jewellery Returns Department,
L70 2QF.

For everything else please use the below address:
Returns Department
L70 2ZY.
