How do I arrange an Evri collection or ParcelShop return?

You can do this by visiting Evri. To arrange a courier collection, simply follow the instructions provided. Please note: your parcel should weigh no more than 15kg and you need to have access to a printer to use the collection service.

You can arrange to take your parcel to your nearest Evri ParcelShop or Locker Drop off for a fixed price of £2.94 and can choose to print your label at home or in-store.

Alternatively, Evri can collect your parcel from your home address on a pre-arranged day for £3.95, this will require a printer to print off a collection label.

Please do not use Evri to return products with a value of £200 or more. For those products, please return via the Post Office, requesting a ‘signed for’ service and ensure your item is covered by insurance.
