While most items being returned to QVC are still being processed within 14 days, we do have some slight delays at the moment with Royal Mail returns.
If you’ve returned an item via Royal Mail, please can we kindly ask you to allow a few extra days for your returned parcel to be received and actioned by our Returns team. We are processing all returns as quickly as possible.
If we have your up to date email address, you will receive an email confirmation for any returned items that are within our 30-day money back guarantee.
You can check the status of any orders by logging into My account, under ‘Order History’ or by calling our Quick Check line on Freephone 0800 53 43 33, where you can hear the status of your most recent orders, or enter a specific item/order number for status details.
Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email and we can provide you with any order updates. If we haven’t got an updated email address for you, just let us know, and we will be happy to update your account details for any future returns.
