You can call Quick Check on Freephone 0800 53 43 33 to hear the status of your return. You can select to hear your most recent return or enter a specific item or order number.
While most items being returned to QVC are still being processed within 14 days, we do have some slight delays at the moment with Royal Mail returns.
If you’ve returned an item via Royal Mail, please can we kindly ask you to allow a few extra days for your returned parcel to be received and actioned by our Returns team. We are processing all returns as quickly as possible.
If we have your email address on file, we will email you to confirm receipt of any returned item that’s within our 30-day money back guarantee.
You can also check the status of your return by signing into My Account and selecting ‘Order Status’. From here you can see a list of your most recent orders.
If your item has been received at QVC and refunded this will show as ‘Returned’ in your order status. If the item has been replaced, this will state ‘Replacement’ and a new order will also be showing in your order history.
