You can call Quick Check on freephone 0800 53 43 33 to hear details of your easy payment plans. You can select your most recent easy pay orders or can enter the item number or order number.

You can choose to hear about recent payments, future instalments or listen to a complete breakdown of your recent easy pay orders including the last four digits of the card you used. Just remember to have your QVC membership number and PIN to hand.

Alternately, if we have your email address, we’ll send you a monthly reminder before your easy pay instalments are due detailing the amount and payment date.
