Good news, we’ve extended our money-back guarantee on gift purchases until 31st January 2026 so you can return or exchange unwanted presents. That’s one less thing to fret over this Christmas.

Any product purchased as a gift between 25th September and 30th November 2025, you have until 31st January 2026 to return your products under our extended Christmas Guarantee.

From 1st December 2025, we will revert back to our 60-day money-back guarantee as items purchased from this time will already be covered until after 31st January 2026.
