Do you offer an extended Christmas guarantee on products purchased as gifts?

Good news, we’ve extended our money-back guarantee on gift purchases until 31st January 2025 so you can return or exchange unwanted presents. That’s one less thing to fret over this Christmas.

Please don’t worry that your pack-slip returns by date is only 30 days from your purchase date –  any product purchased as a gift between 25th September and 30th November you have until 31st January 2025 to return your products under our extended Christmas Guarantee.

From 1st December 2024, we will revert back to our 60-day money-back guarantee as items purchased from this time will already be covered until after 31st January 2025.
