I’ve received an Evri collection barcode label to return a faulty/damaged item. Can I return using a ParcelShop instead?

Yes, you can use your Evri collection barcode label in any Evri ParcelShop to return your item. You can find your nearest ParcelShop location here.

Simply attach the label to your parcel and take this to your nearest ParcelShop service to return it. If you have been sent a label by email, you will need access to a printer to return using a ParcelShop service.

Please note: Once your barcode has been scanned, this will cancel the courier collection arranged. However, if this is due to take place on the same day as your return, your courier may still arrive and you will just need to let them know you have returned the parcel and to cancel the collection.

There is a maximum weight and dimension restriction for ParcelShop returns, as shown below:

Weight: <15kg

Dimensions: Max combined length and circumference of 225cm
