Can I request a proof of purchase?

If your order was placed in the last 12 months, you can find your order details online by signing into¬†My Account. Simply sign in with your email address and password, click ‘Order Status’ and you can view all your orders here.

If you require a proof of purchase for an order placed over 12 months ago you can request this via our contact page or our Customer Care Team on 0800 51 41 31.
